Default cleaning engine

Is there somthing i can use to clean the engine head with. It looks like theres some burned on fuel on it and nothin I've tried has cleaned it.

Your going to get the ol' antifreeze and 6 hrs + in the crockpot response! Hope this helps. Gonna do mine on Friday!

I actually soaked some of my parts last night in Denatured Alcohol and it cleaned them suprisingly well. Can get it at the hardware store.

Is Z-best engine cleaner still around? It was a pretty good alternative to the antifreeze in a crock pot, but you had to be careful with certain plastic parts or on anodized surfaces.

This is what I do. Takes about 10-20 minutes (time to boil water + strip engine apart)
