First of all, I honestly don't mean this thread to bash them. I just want to know if anyone had ordered from them in the past & how their service was. I'm starting to get a little worried about an order I placed with them on Jan 26th. I used their web site to order, and they use Paypal as payment. The payment cleared my bank 3 days later. When I ordered I received a confirmation from Paypal, but not from Dare. Since then I have tried to call numerous times, no answer, then some strange beep at the end. I also tried emailing them a couple of times but so far no response, nothing from Dare since I placed my order. I guess my question is this. If you have ordered from them in the past, did your order just show up one day w/o hearing from them? Does anyone know, are they just extremely busy? I would think, just being good business, that they would email me back to let me know what's going on, whatever the case might be: we shipped your order, something is on back order etc. But nothing. Anyway, like I said I'm not hear to bash them, just try to figure out what's going on with them & my order.
