Default Canopy problem

Unfortunately I used scotch tape to hold my canopy to my fuse while I glued the canopy on and when I took off the tape it left a sticky residue on the plastic. I tried to clean it with alcohol and then a commercial spray cleaner but I had no success. Does anyone know what will do the trick?
Thanks
Jeff

Look for a product called "Goo Gone" Made by Magic American Corp. out of Cleveland OH. Works great, safe non toxic. Their phone (216) 464-2353.

Use Ronsonol lighter fluid (the kind that you put in a cigarette lighter). It's usually near the tobacco products at the grocery store. It will work perfectly. I think its real chemical name is naptha.

Check the compatability of the solvent on an old piece of trim if you still have it. Canopies are made from many different materials, and some may not like certain chemicals.
