Variable-pitch props

Is there a variable-pitch prop available for R/C aircraft?
Anyone know of mods to heli rotorheads that might work?

Vario makes a variable pitch prop, BUT IT IS ELECTRIC ONLY.

Actually Vario makes variable pitch props for glow too, but they're adjusted mechanically, on the ground.
