ASP 61 carb. adjustment question
I have an ASP .61 SF and need help adjusting the carb. This carb has a sliding barrel, high speed and idle needle valves.
There is a small screw with a spring under it ( not the low end stop screw). I assume this is an air bleed screw. Is this for idle or high speed?
How can you tell if it is adjusted properly and what would be the initial setting of the screw before adjusting?
Any help will be great!
Thanks.

RE: ASP 61 carb. adjustment question
I have an ASP .91 and 1.08 with the Supertigre style carbs. Is this the carb you have. If so it is a twin needle style not airbleed. The only screw with a spring on mine is the idle stop screw.
You might get more responses if you move this to the glow engine forum.

RE: ASP 61 carb. adjustment question
Thanks for responding. The carb on this ASP .61 has four screws on it. High speed, idle, stop and the "spring screw". It is the stock carb that came with the motor.
