Hi All
I just need some plain lettered graphics for my newly finished Cloud Dancer 40.. What I would need is Could Dancer in a scrip font, for the fuselage sides and also Dancer 04 for one of the wings.. I was e-mailing another person who did my Graphics before, but haven't heard from him in week?? So it may be time to look esle where..
Thanks Dan

If you are still looking for someone to do your graphics for your new plane I know a guy that can probably help you out.....he did my latest spad lettering and a few graphics as well. Check out dragonzgraffix.com and shoot them an e-mail as to what you are looking for and what color (has a pretty good color selection on hand) and I'm sure he will get back with you.

Do a search for "custom graphics" or "decal paper" and you'll get lots of results. My plan for a couple of planes I'm re-covering is to print my own graphics off the computer, using decal paper, then seal the decals on the model with clearcoat. I've seen pics of models done this way and the results can be very impressive. These are water-transfer decals, and look better than traditional "stick-on" decals because after sealing, they have virtually no borders, looks like paint...........based on pics I've seen, anyway.
Yo Madd_Maxx, I noticed the horizontal stabilizer on your spad.....that bird hasn't been crashed a few times, has it? LOL
I'm tempted to try one of those things some time, the idea of a plane that can take smashes and crashes without fear of serious damage is appealing............

Just finished a large bus project and have a ton of left over vinyl in a lot of different colors.

I am considering going down to my local print shop and have some grahics made out of vinyl letters. I am planning to put the vinyl letters on monokote. Does anyone know how well they will stick, hold up to glow fuel, and hold up to the temperature? In short will they start coming up at the corners?
Thanks

Vinyl is great everywhere, just try to keep it out of the direct slime trail of glow exhaust. and clean the plane off after the days flying.
Vinyl comes in different thicknesses, I have not seen any advantage to one over another, but I believe the thinner the higher quality.. BUt it all holds up fine
