Where can you get those small spring loaded latch/bolts to use on access/compartment panel/ doors/hatches. etc. Thanks.

How do the pins work?
I see how they fit together, but how are they kept in and/or retracted?
Also, how big is the handle for the spring mechanism in the latch?

[link=http://www.hobby-lobby.com/hatchlatch.htm]Hobby Lobby[/link] I use and include the graupner latch pins in my kits and they work well. They stick out about 3/8"-1/2", make a 3/4" slider hole, epoxy them onto your hatch.
