I have half of the fuse built and used CA to glue it up...is it nessesary to go over it again with epoxy or wood glue or will CA be good enough for the framework?

As long as you properly glued it in the first place it should be fine using only CA. Joints properly glued with CA are stronger than the wood.

You didn't elaborate, but I assume we're talking about thin CA. I agree CA, when applied properly, is plenty strong. That's assuming there aren't large gaps, and that the CA was relatively new and fresh. Reasonable gaps can be filled by dusting with baking soda, and more thin CA applied. Or you can use medium or thick CA, and accelerator if needed. Certainly don't reglue the joints with something like epoxy. The weight gain would be unacceptable. Wood glue, like TiteBond, really isn't effective for filling gaps or regluing, in my opinion.

With tight joints, the CAs are more than adequate. Stick a couple of pieces of scrap together, give them an hour to fully cure, and then try to separate them. The wood will normally fail first.
