I have the German pilot by blue box, and he is exactly 11 1/2 tall. I took his boots off, stuffed his clothing with polyester fiber, and put him into my 1/6 Jungmeister. He looks just right.

This guy is a Star Trek figure from Toys R Us, 9" tall, in the 1/7 scale Top Flite P-40.

I have about 5" to 5&1/4" from seat to top of piolts head this puts pilots line of sight in the center of the wind screen & the same for legroom. I installed a the top flite cockpit after the fuse was framed a top sheeted, and servo trays were insatalled. There were no instructions with the airplane manual, about how to or ware to place the floor board and the cockpit instructions are minimal..

any help is appreciated

Unfortunately, my blue box measures closer to 6 1/2 from seat to top of head.

I'm working on a Super Scale cockpit kit for a 1/6 scale Corsair. The problem with the TF kit is that the floor is not at a scale depth. This can be easily fixed and their cockpit kit could be used with no problem.
