Default all in one power panel by Pacific Aeromodeling: advice needed

Anyone out there had any experience with the all-in-one-power-panel by Pacific Aero modeling nanufacturer? The one with a built in field charger for the Rx and TX battery. Looks good and it would eliminate carrying a field charger out to the field. The price of $44.95 sounds reasonable considering that the power panel includes a field charger.

I can only see two potential problems. 1) With a built in charger, it is just another thing to fail. If something goes bad with the panel, you are out the charger, and everything else. 2) If the charger is only capable of charging NiCd, if you ever move to the superior NiMH, you will have to buy another charger. To each their own, but I don't like these 'multifunction' type of devices. Seems like their is always something that doesn't work well, or not at all. Consider this also, a field box battery won't give you many charges with the RX/TX before it needs recharging. And you don't have the luxury of just hooking up your quick charger to your vehicle battery.

I prefer seperate devices. This is only my opinion, and the panel might serve your needs very well.
