British Model Flying Association. The 'b' test is a skill level I believe.

The BMFA B Test Is Part Of The British Model Flying Association Achievment Scheme And Is The Minimum Requirement To Fly At Public Displays Here In The Uk The Questions Are Based On The Basic Safety Code And Flying At Shows Code In The BMFA Handbook And Can Be Downloaded Here http://www.bmfa.org/handbook/index.html
