Although I find references to this size, it's not listed on either apc or mas website. Having said that, it does seem to be popular in europe (or at least close in size to what you want). Closer to home, it seems 12x4 is the smallest available.

Are you sure youre not referring to the very popular APC12338 sport prop size 12.25X3.75? This is the one most used for the 3D on some engines.

APC makes a 12.25-3.75 prop.

you can find it anywhere they sell APC. For 40 sized 3D that is pretty much THE prop IMO. I order them in bulk because I break so many of them with 3D stuff on the deck
