Has Anybody Seen One Of These Before?
I bought this from a guy for $25 dollars. Somebody gave it to him so he had no idea what model it was. Does it look familiar to anybody. Its got about a 50" WS. It used an old OS max .20. The plane is brand new as is the engine. The covering wasn't that great so I did redo it but I would love to know what kind of plane it is. Thanks.

The Tiger Trainer stickers are indeed from an old Trainer I had. I did recover this plane and I thought the stickers looked good on it. Its alot smaller than the MKII Trainer from Thunder Tiger. I only weighs about 3-4 #.

In that case I would call it a Carl Goldberg Eaglet 50.
I would also retract my statement about the engine being to small.
THE EAGLET 50
Wingspan: 50"
Wing Area: 450 Sq."
Flying Weight: 3–3.2 Lbs.
Power: .09–.25
2–Cycle
Radio: 2 to 4–Channel

Yeppers....I concur with CHassan...it be an Eaglet. And a good looking one too. These are real nice flying planes, small, and economical, but loaded with fun. We used to practice formation flying with these, and other games too. They are that easy to fly. You got a good deal here.

Thats an Eaglet all righty. Had one for years. Poor thing got demoted to float plane for several years and dunks, then put the wheels back on it but left the dorsal fin on it. Found I could hand the Xmitter to total novice and walk away, take off another plane and join them. Father and son team saw that and begged me for it. Was forced to sell it into slavery. .......sniff

Hey!,yours looks nicer than mine. I fly mine with an old O.S .15 an it flies great at 1/2 throttle however, take-offs in medium grass sometimes don't happen. Make sure that fin is attached well, mine broke loose in mid flight and cost me some down time in repairs. I J.B. welded the sucker back on It's a tough little plane though, I hit a forest with it (the fin problem),crash landed and crash take-offs etc. and it's hanging on my wall waiting to do it all over again next season.
