I know this probably isn't much help to you but I know two of my LHS's carry this type of clevis, as I had just purchased them for my planes. Much more sturdier than those plastic ones that can rip out of the control horn with a little pressure. I see you are from PA, but about an 1 hour and 45 minutes from me and my LHS. I wouldn't mind sending you them if you can't find them locally. It's up to you, we could work something out. Let me know...
