Default Canopy Glue

Has anybody used canopy glue to install flat plastic hinges? if so, what were the results?

My experience with canopy glue suggests that it should NOT be used to secure a hinge. However it is very easy to use a small screw with flat plastic hinges. The surface can then be removed when repair eventually becomes necessary.

Use the Pica hinge glue, water soluable and no mess. Holds better than epoxy for me.

I've had great luck with this:

Had to crash a Pathfinder to find out, but there were no failures in the hinges.

Thanks for the links, I wanted to use something other than epoxy for glueing plastic pin hinges.
