Hey guys I need an idea here.
My new Phoenix SU31 is almost finished and I ran into a prob. When you put this sorry ass 8oz tank together the length of the pickup hose is so short that the clunk just hangs about mid tank. It will only hit bottom or any side if you shake it. Any ideas??? I will be getting a new tank but the local store does not have the one I need in stock. I want to fly it this weekend if I can.
TIA
Micheal

Better yet, use a piece of brass tubing to extend the fuel line to the back of the tank. This has the added benefit of keeping the clunk from being able to move to the front of the fuel tank. This is how I set up all of my fuel tanks.
Hope this helps
