This is a long shot .
Back in the mid to late 70's a set of plans was available for
a 80 or 90 inch model of the Vega. These plans were available
through a magazine called American Modeler.
If nothing else at least you have a starting point.

Thanks for the help! I did a search on google and came up with a website where I can order plans for the vega for $30.00. The wingspan is 84" long.
