Are you talking about a set of wheels buried inside the floats so that the bottom of the wheels stick out from the bottom or a separate set of wheels and gear that will bolt on at the same spot as the floats and gear?
Full scale planes use the first technique, but I would think that the wheels retract when the floats are being used, but I'm not sure. It just seems to me that the wheels would cause an awful lot of drag which could cause problems when trying to take off, and more problems when landing, perhaps causing the plane to nose over since the wheels would be well ahead of the CG. Also, how about that dreaded third wheel, either on the tail or the nose? On the floats there's no need for a third float, but there's certainly a need for a third wheel.
