Default Elevator question

Hi everybody,
i have a hobbico Sukhoi su-31 and during flight, whenever i give too much up elevator the plane wants to torque one way or another and its even worse when i use high rate on elevator. can anyone tell me why it does this and what i can do to fix it. any help is appreciated, thanks

Move your c.g. forward, and/or cut down the elevator deflection in high rate.

You have too much up elevator. Reduce the throw manually (with the linkage ) until the plane ON HIGH RATES no longer torques/snaps.

The manual for the model (possibly the Tower site ) SHOULD provide the "suggested" throws for low and high rates. Go with these settings, and if you want more throw, increase it gradually until it starts to torque/snap, then back off a little.

I think i will probally end up decreasing the throws untill it does not snop like that any more. thanks for your help

If you have split elevators, make sure that they are both moving the same amount in both directions. I had this problem with a G-202 and it fixed it.
