Default 4-stokes in the cold

i have a saito .65 and it's about 25 here now. does anyone have reccomendations for plugs or other set-up i should know about? this is my first four stroke. i don't mind the cold but will my engine? i know colder air is more dense resulting in more power but is there a breaking point? thanks.

I've flown my Os 4 strokes in 20 degree weather many times. No problem. But you may need to set them under the exhaust pipe of your running car to warm them up before they will start. (Been there- Done that)

Keep your fuel warm in the club house or the car and they will start much better than a 2 stroke will in cold weather

I fly my Enya and OS 4-strokes in cold (20*) weather with no problems. You will have to richen the idle and igh speed needles more (from the warm weather settings).

At freezing I can't tell any difference in the engine, only the pilot is hard to start.

When living in Norther Michigan (Cheboygan) I flew both OS and Enya four strokes off Mullett lake all winter (never below zero but below 20). I took no special steps to keep the engine or fuel warm and used a transmitter blanket with hand warmer to keep the pilot somewhat comfortable. Both engines started as easy as in the warmer weather.
