Default AirTrax 90

Does anyone know the name of the manufacturer of the AirTrax 90 airplane, and are they still in business?

I bought an AirTrax 60 (ARC) in the early 90's as a hobby dealer. Sold it over a year ago to a friend. I did a lot of searching to see if the company was still around and found nothing on them. I'm pretty sure they went out of business a long time ago.

Can anyone help me? I acquired an Airtrax 60/120 ARC kit. Only there are no instructions or plans. Does anyone have an old set to this plane? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Appears to be a pretty cool plane.

CaptainD, were you ever able to find a set of instructions / plans? I also have one of these still in the box, but there are no instructions in the box. I'm not quite sure how to proceed, given the lack of any information.

Thanks!
