I am not sure if the Saito 91 has the same thing as the 72. For the 72 you have to put in a 1/2 inch recess for the adapter. Please be aware that I am not even in the same league as MinnFlyer with my drawing but I think you will get the idea.

spinner info
Below is the content on an email I received from a "Ric" at TruTurn. (I have a Saito 91 and a new Saito 150) HIS QUOTE NEXT: Yes, if you have a saito .91 or an Older style 120,150 or 180, then you will need to run a short shaft double jam nut
adapter kit.
Our short shaft double jam nut adapter kit requires a 1/2" hole to be reamed into the FACE of the prop. This is to allow our primary nut to pass through the prop washer and into the prop in order to make up for the short crankshaft
on these motors.
To our knowledge, the .91 still comes with a short crank, but the 150-180 all changed in 2000. The 120 changed to a longer shaft this year and
NEW 120-180 saito's won't need the 1/2" reamed hole in the prop. You'll use the TT-0823-A adapter kit for them. Here's
a link

Find the exact adapter kit you need online at
http://www.tru-turn.com/Adapt/MyStart.htm
You will simply click on your engine brand and size, and we
will show you the adapter kit AND any Spinner Backplate
modifications (if necessary) for your engine
See your local hobby dealer or order online at
www.tru-turn.com !
END OF TRUTURN'S EMAIL...........
NOTE: THE ONLY LINK THAT MAY BE ACTIVE IS THE ONE TO THE .91 ADAPTER.
I ended up buying a cheaper brand for my .91, but bought the TruTurn for my 1.50. (I had the machine work done to the backplate bore.
I hope this helps.......lownslo
