CA hinges

Default CA hinges

I have an aileron that i am not happy with the ca hinges (yes they are freshly installed). How do i remove and replace them?

cut the hinges off and cut out new hinge slots next to the old one. these things are one shot and one shot only.

thats what i was afraid of. its on my spit and i dont have much room. Better make this one count.

Hi tfarmer96,

Cut the CA hinges flush and replace them with Robart hinge points immediately adjacent. The hinge points don't take nearly as much room to install and don't have problems that some times occur with some CA hinges or some CA hinge installations.
