Default Servo lifecycle

Hi... I'm trying to reach the life cycle of rc model servos. Specifically I am looking for Graupner analog servos (more specifically C351). However I couldn't find any information on this. Any expert ideas or any sources that you might refer is strongly appreciated.

Also I am looking for Li-Po battery lifecycles. Specifically Thunder Power TP-8000 packs or TP-2000 cells...

Thank you in advance.

I've no experience with that brand of servo. However, I use mostly Futaba or Hitec, I have many Futaba 148's that have literly hundreds if not a thousand or more flights on a 1/4 scale bipe before any signs of a problem. Finally the aileron servos did start to jitter a bit and when I took them apart, the pot wipers had acutally worn a grove through the conducting material on the pot. I consider that a very long lived grup of servos that served me well. I doubt many servos ever get that long a life. The only other servo failures I've evr had in some 50 years of modeling is gear failure and that was usually due to shock loads in a crash or other mechanical mishap that was no fault of the servos.

Thank you very much for your reply. Your experience really helped me. However, I still don't know why manufacturers do not give such an information.

more than one word....

Servo "a" will not last as long on the same plane as Servo "b".

Now Servo "a" can be from the same manufacture, and can be the same model as Servo "b", or they can be totally different.

One servo can last longer than the wood on a 2 meter glider, but stick it on the elevator of a super 3D machine and it will not last as long.

I've used the same standard Futaba servos on my 2 meter glider for years, but have had to replace the ones in my sport planes.
