Default Trims, Balance, and Thrust Angles

Hello All,

I bought myself a Matrix 40 a little while ago and am having problems with the flight performance of it. I put a brand new OS 72FS on it and I am just about done breaking it in so I have a few flights on it already. It seems that everytime I fly it the elevator trim is out. Ill trim it to fly level at 3/4 throttle and when i power back it dives pretty steep right away. Ive been told that it could be too much upthrust, but i havent tried anything yet. A fellow modeller showed me a book once that had methods for dialing in everything on the plane from balance to thrust angles, to aileron differential but i cant remember the name of the book. so if anybody knows any books or wants to help me out here it would be muchly appreciated.

Thx
