Default Wing Jigs

Does anyone know of a wing jig that handles 1/4 scale wings?

Thanks,

Ron

I have made my own wing jig but not 1/4 scale. Simple to make: sandwich two parallel rods between 2 1x2's on each end . I just bolt the 1x2's together and thread the wing ribs on the jig. Works great.

Jim,

Do you have to drill the wing ribs for the rods? If so, anywhere where it is not criical?

Yes you do have to drill holes in the wing ribs. Anywhere that is convienent. I make a stack of ribs and drill them while still in the stack. I use 3/8 solid alum. rod but any round STREIGHT ridgid dowel or pipe could work. I build a little washout into the wing by shiming up the outboard trailing edge while in the jig.
