Default control throws

Can anyone help please? I mentioned in a previous post that I have just completed a Coverite Gee Bee Sportster Model D kit and it doesn't mention in either the instructions or the plans what the control throws should be.Has anybody built this kit or have a rule of thumb what to set them at as a starting point?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Default RE: control throws

I run as much throw as I can get on the rudder and attempt to get 45 deg. on all other surfaces.
