Ultracote differences

Does anyone know the difference between Hanger 9 Ultracote and Carl Goldberg Ultracote? Is it the same stuff?

They are both a European product called "Oracover"

The difference is that the Carl Goldberg distributors do not sell it any more. It comes from Hangar 9 exclusively.

And, yes, it is really OraCover from Europe.
