Default Mechanical Rotaing Retracts & Servo

Just bought these mechanical rotating retracts from Nitroplanes: http://www.nitroplanes.com/prmerore.html

This is my first retract installation and they are going to be installed into my CMP .50 P-40 ARF Kit. The instructions that came with the kit leave much to be desired. It calls out retract servo P/N's Futaba S-136G or JR PROPO NES-703.

Do I just need to install one servo to work both retracts?

Anybody have any experience (good or bad) using these retracts from Nitro? or the servos noted?
