Default #11 xacto blades?

Is there a difference between #11 xacto blades @ $25.00/100 and Tower hobby @ $8.00/100 or Hobbico @ $12.00/100 other then PRICE?

Default #11 xacto blades?

the Xacto blades seem to hold an edge a little longer. I never could justify the xtra money. I use the tower blades and just change them more often. When I cover an airplane, I will usually use about a dozen or so blades. I don't think the Xacto's last three times longer, so I just buy the tower ones.

When I cover an airplane, I will usually use about a dozen or so blades.
Ouch! I use a lot of blades in covering too, but I use single edge razor blades for that. I think they're way cheaper than #11s, but they seem to hold up about the same for cutting covering -- nasty stuff it is!
