Default Torn Hinge

On my second flight of my Goldberg Ultimate, I got into the fence on landing and torn 2 of the 3 hinges in half on the elevator. What is the best way to take out the old hinges?

just cut off the elevator with a dremel... then make new slots for new hinges next to the old ones....

Sometimes removing an elevator is not easy (Especially if they are joined).

An easy fix is to make hinges from covering and weave them in place
