Try checking around [link=http://www.balsabusters.com]Balsa Busters[/link]. This is a club in Western PA. Jim Florio is still a member there, I believe... and it was either his or his dad's design.

I built a Florio Flyer 40 back when I was a kid that I got at the local store in DuBois, PA. Loved that plane... but everyone down there has Nifty 50s. You will see pictures on their website, so someone there has gotta have plans, or maybe if you are lucky... access to a kit.
