I've made a very disappointing experiance as I odered some items (decals from pica mustang p-51d 1:6) at quicktechhobby.com.
My credit card was charged but I didn't receive any items. Mails sent to customer service ([email protected]) were not answered.
As far as I can see there is no other way to get in contact with the people from quicktechhobby than by mail.
Can any one of you provide a phone number so I could give them a call ?

Any help is appreciated.

Call your credit card company and stop the charges.

The order was charged on my Mastercard on the 5th of October 2006.
i'm waiting from the items for along time, but no consignment.
i send quicktechhobby two mails, but no answer!

it's a sad story!

Your credit card company will refund your purchase if you did not get what you ordered, but only for a limited time. You need to call them asap, and file a claim.
