Default Thrust line of an engine???

Is the thrust line of an engine an imaginary line down the center of the crankshaft in front of the engine?

The thrust line is an line down the center of the crankshaft from the front to the rear of the engine, from the side it sets up the up/down thrust, from the top left/right thrust.

"Usually" 1 to 3 degrees down and 3 to 5 degrees right.
