I am looking for plans to build a drop box for my airplane.
Was looking for a Hanger 9 drop box but hey no long make it.
Does anyone have plans for one?

I don't know what you want to drop, but I have dropped an Army soldier with homemade parachute by just using a small cardboard box, like 3" X 3" x 4", wrap in masking tape, fix it so bottom drops out with mini servo glued on side, servo arm holds the lid shut.
Simple, crude, but it works. You could clean up the design some after you arrive at dimensions you want by making a balsa box, prime paint, and etc later on. Mount on bottom of plane over the CG and hook servo up to your flap channel. Works well at fun flys for the kids.
