Default cap 232 cg question

I just finished building a cap 232. It's a 25 size model with a wingspan of only 37". The instructions say that the cg should be between 30 and 40mm from the leading edge of the wing. I know that you balance a low wing upside down. This plane balances at 70mm. The wing is tapered. It balances at 35mm just as the specs say at the outside of the wing. But if you balance it near the fuse like I've done with all my other models, it's 70mm. All my other planes don't have tapered wings so it does'nt matter much. Do you still balance near the fuse on this type of wing? That's a lot of nose weight to balance this plane if that's correct.
