Default Brushless shaft replacement

I ordered a 400 class brushless motor and they sent me what appears to be a e-aero motor, problem is that i dont believe that the shaft can be switched for back mounting, and the shaft was broken, i have been unable to find the maker of this motor online and am not sure if there can be a replacement. I also have contacted the company that sold it to me and they still havent answered back. While i am waiting is there any help someone can give?
