Default Decal/Fuel Question

I'm curious about something. After glassing a plane and painting it, if a person decides to put decals on (sticky backed) does one have to clear coat the plane after applying the decals to ensure that the decals don't peal off from the hot fuel? Or are there any other solutions (if even needed...)

Thanks,
Tom

Default RE: Decal/Fuel Question

Hi Tom,

I have had success painting the edges with clear nail polish not the whole surface. It is nearly undetectable and the stickers stay put.

Cheers,

Colin
