Default Setting up Throws Mechanically

I seem to have forgotten how to setup mechanical throws and was hoping someone could aid me here.

Servo arm: hole closest to servo =?
Control horn: hole furthermost from service =?

Servo arm: hole furthermost from servo =?
Control horn: hole closest to service =?

Default Setting up Throws Mechanically

servo arm - close to center less throw out at end more throw.
horn, inside more throw -less torque, outside(farthest out) less throw more torque (pushing power)
