Only being in the hobby such a short time I would like to get more info on the latest stuff.
Which Magazines do you guys read and would recommend that contain the latest info on what's new and available for hobbyists?

I used to read RCM, Model Airplane News, and Model Aviation but now I think I'm going to drop RCM and MAN. I get the bulk of my information right up here on RCU. I've looked at a couple issues of RCReport but they were old issues and I wasn't all that impressed.

I am so thirsty for more information, more photos of beautiful planes, more engines, more radios, etc, etc. I subscribe to Model Airplane News, RC Modeler, and the Model Aviation magazine that comes with my AMA membership. I read most from cover to cover within the first two days after they arrive in my mailbox, and can't wait for the next issues to arrive. I'm such a junky for R/C, I usually keep and re-read the issues until the piles uf mags get in the way, then I have to part with them.

Model Avaition and whatever I can find in the "Free" pile at the LHS (with the cover gone).
Have some RCM's I kept from the 70's and 80's and the covers were WAY better back then; before political correctness spoiled the world. ;-)

Hey Charlie P.
Have you checked out Bombergirl.com?
I always thought the covers of R/C Mags should have more "Nose Art" on them. Hey, if I had the room for it, I would archive ALL of these mags as I often think "I know I read an article about..."
then I realize I just threw out that issue!! Then you have to order a back issue at a higher price!

I actually like MAN. I don't subscribe, just "flip" through it at the grocery store every now and then, if something interests me I buy it. Yes the plane reviews are buttered up a bit, but they do have useful Assembly tips, advice, and so on. Nice to keep up on whats new every now and then.

British mags put the American ones to shame (except for Flying Models - highly recommended if you can find it!). Only problem with the Brit mags is their price. Ouch! They publish good motorcycle mags, too

I like MAN and rcm and the best place for info is right HERE hands down. You can find everything you need to know and its full of great people.

I get MAN & RCM delivered, its about half the price of buying it at the store, and I can never seem to keep track of when the new issues arrive.
Of course I get MA too, but not because I particularly want it....
RCM seems to be a 'me too' magazine. Whenever I see a major review in MAN, the following month the same review is in RCM....
Playboy occasionally has RC stuff in it, but not really the most in depth reviews..... lots of other interesting articles though...
I'd like to get RCM&E, good mag with a free plan every month. But the US prices are a bit steep....
