Default scratch building

when scratch building and you come across something like this prinhted on the plan, webs needed between all wing ribs, first off what is it, and how do you go about doing this. I'm new to this, and am going to try and build a old model called the bandito. any info would be greatly appreciated. thank you frank b.

They are talking about adding a pc of wood between and along the upper and lower spar. This creates an I beam of sorts and adds strength. Sometimes plans allow for the web to simply go on the ouside but usually it is in between.
Also the grain of the wood used for shear webs is usually vertical.
If you need a pic let me know, I am sure I can find a wing around here somewhere.

VICMAN; THANKS FOR THE INFO, I REALLY WAS NOT SURE HOW OR WHAT THEY WANTED, AGAIN THANKS FOR INFO. AS I GO ALONG I WILL PROBABLY NEED MORE INFO. FRANK.B.
