Default Servo Placement

I'd like to put the throttle servo on the firewall inside the cowl to eliminate a long linkage. My question is, will the engine noise and vabration interfer with the operations of the servo. It will be about 3" away from engine. Thanks

G'day Mate,
No problem, but make sure it can't get showered with fuel or oil from the engine.

Default RE: Servo Placement

should not be a problem with a glow engine but be careful if it is an ignition engine as the rf moise from the engine could travel along the servo wires to the reciever and cause interference
