hi all, just wondering if you can buy a clear, see thru propellor. I have a 91 size f16 prop jet, but would love to get an invisible prop for the front, can anyone make me one!!!, cheers mike -uk

In order to be invisible, the prop would not only have to be transparent, but also would need to have the same index of refraction as air. While in flight, those gray APC props are probably as inconspicious as props get.

Sorry bro, your not gonna find a clear prop.
I have a f16 propjet too and the props never bugged me nearly as much as the muffler hanging down under the nose.[:'(]

I had a few different sized clear plastic props back in the early sixties. No strength. They liked to shed blades during a run, even without a ground strike. The only good thing I found with them is they let you see the stress cracks as they form. I don't recall that they were any harder to see while running than the white Top Flite plastics, just not as strong.
After the second prop not only threw a blade from an .049 while bench running in my back yard, but stuck in the wood siding of a neighbors house 20' away, I broke the rest up and threw them away.
