I recently ordered a couple of small items from JGRC and its been over 2 weeks and I still havent received them. I called to make sure all my info was correct and he said yes and it shipped. Now I have sent 2 or 3 emails and left a voicemail and cant get in touch with this guy. I have asked him in my emails to let me know what the problem is and have yet to receive an answer. Is it wrong be upset even with a small order. I need these parts and it was only 12 dollars but shouldnt every order be taken seriously. This will strongly weigh on my opinion to use this supplier again.

Jose is a stand up guy. He lives is South Fla. and I know he goes to West coast.
I know he is building a plug for a new 109F kit and vic (Calf) is doing it. Hang
in there as I'm not sure he has a pc with him.
