hi i am changeing my 4.8v battery for lipos ,i have the dx7 and ar7000 recivers.
i need a ubec voltage regulator but i dont no how many amps my servos use (6 spektrum servos)is there a way to find out or does any body know? thanks for any input

As a rule-of-thumb, I like to say each servo would / could draw 500 mA, on average, so with 6 servos you need to be able to supply at least 3 Amps of power. Larger Digital servos can draw nearly 1 Amp each, but I think you're talking about the little Spektrum SP60 or SP75 servos, right?

hi im am talking about 6 DS821 servos in 60 size ic plane( the reason) fed up with going to the patch chargeing batterys every 4 flights plus i keep hearing about these brown outs, orderd 8-15 amp ubec hope this will be ok? just converting one plane at the moment to see how it goes, cheers
