Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) with all-battery.com?

I have bought NiMh and LiPo packs from All-Battery and I am very pleased. Quick shipping on all items and the packs are good quality.

I agree. I've bought batteries from them. I had no issues with the packs and the price was pretty good.

They actually clear-shrink wrapped them, so you could see all the connections. Pretty good job I might say.

I have purchased from All Battery numerous times over the last few years. They are quick to ship, have a good tracking system, etc. In all the purchases I have made (loose cells, car packs, Lipos, Tx packs) two times there was a problem and both times they resolved it. One was a single F cell and by mistake I was shipped a 5/4 AA cell. So I requested an RMA, they asked for a photo of the cell. I sent them a jpeg and then they sent me the RMA and exchanged the cell. The second time I had a problem I purchased a 2000 NiMh Tx battery (actually two) and one of them was defective. I contacted them asking for an RMA. They sent me a replacement right away and also a postage label to return the defective battery.

Cool. That is what I wanted to hear. Thanks for details. I realize there are always exceptions.

I went ahead and ordered a charger and some nimh and a few other items on Friday. I received a ship notice today. I'll cross my fingers.

Compared to RadicalRC All-Battery has the better deals if you go thru ebay. Another option is HobbyCity, only problem is that they are in China.
