voltage level 5 cel pack
Hi,
I have a older 5 cell pack and am changing it with a slow charger, its at 6.88 volts right now. What should be the high level for a good pack with 5 good cells??????

I charge my NiMH 6V 2100 mAH packs at 7.2 volts 200mA. I don't know if you can get away with that with NiCds. 6.8 volts might be stretching it.

Hi,
thanks I have not charged a 5 cell pack in awhile. I plan to run this pack down under loand and see how long it lasts. That should give me an idea if its any good or now.
