Just wanted to give a hats off to the SIG company. I bought a HOG bipe kit and only got enough aileron stock for one wing. Called them up from work,tried to explain my situation........which I didnt do a good job at. I didnt have any part #'s ready to give them,and confused the heck out of that poor lady on the phone trying to explain to her that I got some stuff and I have to cut it,bla,bla,bla. She took my name and address which I even screwed up on the spelling of and said she'd see if she could get the part number and see if they had it in stock etc. I even told her the wrong town name where I bought the kit. Called her back when I got home......and she said it was all taken care of and on the way! 4 days later,I got enough aileron stock for my whole plane sitting on my door step!

Its good to see a company with top notch customer service.....THANKS SIG!!! [sm=teeth_smile.gif]

Sig is a great company with great products. Over the years, I have called them once or twice and was always very satisfied with their customer service.

I thought that I did not get the rudder in my Hog Bipe kit so I called and they sent me one right away, no hassels at all.
After the plane was completed I found the original rudder piece in a stack of Balsa that I was going through so the kit really was complete.

I ordered some replacement formers for a Kougar. They sent me formers for the Smith Mini Plane. I called them and they sent the correct formers right away. had them in a few days.
Always great service from the people at Sig.
