Enya 120 4 stroke
Hey Everybody,
I've been having a little problem tuning this engine (Enya 120 4 cycle). It seems like I can get it tuned in on the ground , but as soon as it is airborne my mid to high end is hesitant and not even sounding. I've tried numerous things. I'm looking for some new ideas on how to remedy this. It's hard to let loose when you can't rely on your mill. Any suggestions would be appreiciated.
Thanks

RE: Enya 120 4 stroke
Hi I hope this helps,
First thing :- What are you using for fuel ? I run my Enya 4c engines on 20% castor with 5-10% nitro, they seem to like about 7% best.
I always tune mine a bit rich on the ground to allow for lean-outs in the air.
I run my Enya 4c engines on a Enya 3 or a OS F plug (Enya 3's are sometimes hard to get) make sure your plug is good.
Tank position can sometimes affect things, also some models run better without muffler presure.
try these things and see if it fixes things.
