You will need a Jacksonville zip code to put in the AMA Club Finder http://www.modelaircraft.org/clubsearch.aspx
From www.google.com you can search zip codes jacksonville florida and the first result has one.

Lots of great RC flying in Jacksonville.
http://www.jaxrc.com and http://www.gatewayrc.org are the two big clubs as Doug said.
If you're into helis or want to be, Jax RC is the place but both have bathrooms, paved runways and lots of active and ex military, myself included (VP31, VP-46, NRLFltSupDet, and VP-62)
